These terms apply when you use ifashy.com or commission work from the iFashy studio. The website and the studio are run by iFashy Fashion Limited ("iFashy", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Our other products have their own terms. The iFashy Academy Terms of Service cover the Academy. The iFashy fashion app and the iFashy Shop will publish their own terms when they launch.
Using the website
- Use the site lawfully. Do not try to break, overload or get around its security, or send spam through its forms.
- Give true details when you contact us or join a waitlist.
- We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time.
Content and intellectual property
The text, photographs, designs, illustrations and logos on ifashy.com belong to iFashy or the people who licensed them to us. You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with credit. You may not copy, sell or republish our content, or use our designs or brand, without our written permission.
The fashion and lifestyle articles on our blog are for general information. They are not professional advice.
Studio commissions
Quotes and orders
We give you a written quote for each commission, setting out the design, price, deposit, timeline and number of fittings. Your order is confirmed when you accept the quote and pay the deposit.
Your part
Please give us accurate measurements, or attend the measuring session, and come to the fittings we agree. Late measurements, missed fittings or design changes can move the delivery date, and design changes after work has started may cost extra.
Timelines
We do our best to meet the delivery date in your quote. Fabric availability and delays outside our control can affect it. If we are going to miss the date, we will tell you as soon as we know.
Payment and collection
The balance is due before we deliver or hand over the finished garment. Ownership passes to you when you have paid in full.
Refunds
Deposits, cancellations, alterations and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Photographs of our work
We may photograph garments we make and show them in our portfolio and on social media. We will not show your face or name without your permission.
Links to other sites
The site links to sites we do not run, such as social networks, and to our other products. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies.
Liability
We provide the website as it is and do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. For studio work, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your personal data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If a dispute arises, we will first try to settle it with you directly. If that fails, it will go to the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page. The terms in force when you accept a quote apply to that order.
